Log in using your email to view your tickets, reply to support, and download any files or attachments. No password is needed — the portal sends a secure login code to your email.
You can add the TC Support Portal to your phone or computer for quick access anytime. On supported devices, use the Install TC Support App button at the top of the portal. On iPhone or iPad, open the portal in Safari, tap Share, then choose Add to Home Screen.
